At Windsor Park, the security deposit is due at move-in and is refundable upon move-out.

Windsor Park is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. If you're interested in welcoming a new pet into your home, there is a $150 pet deposit due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home.
